Oh my God!

Terror strikes Bombay --- serial blasts on commuter trains at the height of rush hour. Khar, Matunga, Mahim, Santacruz, Jogeshwari, Bhayendar ...

We had the TV off, so didn't hear anything until the brother called from Delhi. I've gotten through to relatives in Bombay, but can't reach any of my friends. The cell phone networks are quite clogged.

We're glued to the TV ... the most heartbreaking thing is the ticker at the bottom. "Manisha, where are you? Please call." "We're safe, Sam." "Arjun, stay in the office, don't come home!"

It seems it's related to Kashmiri terrorists. They've hit Srinagar several times in the past few months. Now they're hitting the country in its financial hub.

BLOODY BASTARDS!

Prayers, please!

Thanks! I've located that too -- and have managed to track down most of the people I know in the City. They're all safe.

Not so the 135+ others.

We prayed for those who were injured and those who survive at Mass today. And we prayed for a change of heart for the terrorists (we had an amazing visiting priest from india who was very impassioned).

Glad that you found your friends safe. I will continue to pray.
