"God's Revolution" - Pope Benedict's first new book

... as Pope i.e.  He's written several as a Cardinal. :)  And this isn't so much a book as a compilation of talks.  Just got this in my Yahoo Alerts feed, from all places, NDTV (New Delhi TV!):
Tuesday, October 11, 2005 (Vatican City):
The first book by Pope Benedict XVI, God's Revolution went on sale today.
The book is a compilation of the 12 speeches he delivered during the Catholic Church's World Youth Day celebrations in Cologne in August.
God's Revolution includes Benedict's main homilies and remarks to young people.
It also includes his speeches to Muslim leaders, Cologne's Jewish community and representatives of Protestant and Orthodox churches with whom he met during his August 18-21 visit -- his first foreign trip as Pope.
The 132-page book begins with an introduction by Benedict's Vicar for Rome, Cardinal Camillo Ruini and a message from the late Pope John Paul II.
It ends with Benedict's speech to his general audience upon his return from Cologne in which he reflects on the visit.
The book, co-published by the Vatican's Libreria Editrice Vaticana and the Edizione San Paolo publishing house, is going on sale for about $11.50 in 18 countries over the next few weeks, San Paolo said. (AP)
Now to figure out how to actually get a copy in the US --- maybe the Daughters know.
